I know what it’s like to be at a crossroads with your life and career.
After losing my Daddy suddenly and needing to go on my own healing journey, I had a huge realisation that we only get one chance to make the most of the life we have. We never know how long we’ve got. The career path I was on no longer made sense to me. And I knew I had to make a change.
I wanted to create a life where I could be deeply in service to others and also have the freedom and autonomy to live life on my terms. And so yes. I’ve been where you are, wondering if that’s possible and wondering where to even begin.
Now, 3 years into running a highly successful business of my own which is deeply aligned to my own purpose, I know how to coach you to uncover your own.
I’m here to help you carve a path to living a purposeful life and create the career or business of your dreams.

I am a grounded, practical coach who also loves to weave the magic of energetics, reiki, mindset, yoga and meditation techniques into my coaching. I am gentle and nurturing in my approach and also straight talking if I see you backing out of your dreams. Or from yourself.

- A free 30 minute clarity call
- “Get to Know You” questionnaire so we can dive straight into where you are feeling stuck and the transformation you’d like to create.
- 1x 90 minute initial session so you can gain clarity on what you truly want to achieve in your coaching experience. In this session we set powerful goals together and you come away with a clear vision of the life and career or business you are creating.
- Biweekly hour long coaching calls so we can go deep on creating the life you ultimately want to lead. We work through mindset blocks, limiting beliefs, energetic blockages and more so that you can step into that highest version of yourself.
- Fortnightly action steps for you to work on. These will support you to step into the vision you have for yourself. You get to experience putting our work into practice and feel what it's like to embody the person you’ve envisioned every single day.
- Body practices to support you with where you are energetically. This may be EFT recordings, yoga classes or meditations depending on what you need.
- Unlimited voxer (walkie talkie app) coaching support between sessions to catapult the shifts and changes you are making. This is an opportunity to be coached between sessions so that you are supported every step of the way, regardless of what life brings up for you.
- Monthly energetic upgrade sessions so we can align your energetic body with everything you desire.
